ACCESSIBLE ENTRY
The Main, College Street, Greene Street entrances are wheelchair accessible. Once inside the Colonial Life Arena, elevators are available to provide access between Box Office, Main Entrance, Concourse and Upper levels.
As our team strives to provide enjoyable experiences, we hope that you will enjoy the facility and it's offerings of a wide variety of accommodations including accessible seating, visual & hearing impaired services, and wheelchair accessible areas.
ACCESSIBLE ENTRY
The Main, College Street, Greene Street entrances are wheelchair accessible. Once inside the Colonial Life Arena, elevators are available to provide access between Box Office, Main Entrance, Concourse and Upper levels.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Accessible parking is available in most, if not all, of the parking lots. To park in the spaces reserved for disabled guests, the vehicle must have a state-issued handicapped window pass, sticker, or license plate. Any vehicle may drop off patrons at the front prior to parking in one of the lots.
ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Accessible seating is available at various locations throughout Colonial Life Arena. To purchase handicap seating online, visit ticketmaster.com, select "filters" on the event of choice and click the "show accessible tickets" button.
ASSISTED LISTENING
The assisted listening device is a headset that broadcasts the Colonial Life Arena's sound system on an FM frequency and is available at no cost. Patrons checking out an assisted listening device must leave a driver's license or a valid form of identification to receive the headset. They are available at the Guest Services kiosk located on the concourse near sections 118. Please contact Colonial Life Arena at least 3 business days ahead of the event so that we can have the device programmed ahead of your visit. Call us at (803) 576-9062.
Interpretation Services
Interpretation services for those with a hearing disability are available.
Please email us at least 3 weeks before the event to make arrangements.
Once you have made arrangements with the venue staff and have received confirmation of the interpreter services, please contact an usher or staff member should you have any questions while at the Colonial Life Arena. In addition, the Guest Services Center is located in the front atrium in front of the main entry doors, or on the main concourse behind section 101. Any Guest Services Representative will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
NURSING PARENTS ROOM
To meet the needs of nursing patrons who may need private pumping accommodations, Colonial Life Arena has a Nursing Parents Room. The designated area is conveniently located on the concourse behind sections 106/107.
RESTROOMS
There are accessible facilities in all of our men’s and women’s restrooms as well as the family restroom located at Section 105.
SENSORY SENSITIVITY
With the goal of providing an inclusive experience for all patrons, Colonial Life Arena offers sensory bags to accommodate guests with sensory sensitivities. The bags including noise canceling headphones, fidgets, glasses, sanitizing wipes and more are available for checkout at the Guest Services Kiosk located on the concourse near sections 118. Patrons checking out a bag will be asked to leave a driver's license or valid form of identification.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Trained guide dogs and service animals are permitted/allowed to assist guests inside the arena. Please notify us at the time of ticket purchase if accommodations are required for the service animal. All other animals are prohibited.
