Accessible Seating

Seating for guests with accessibility needs will be available. No prior arrangements are required. One companion may accompany each guest sitting in the accessible seating area. Ushers will direct guests to the nearest accessible seating area.

General Seating

Inside the arena, you may find seats in any of the open sections. Graduation candidates have reserved seating which will be marked and Commencement Marshals in garnet gowns will be on site to assist candidates in finding their seats.

Parking

Metered street parking near the Colonial Life Arena will be very limited. There are two large parking lots within walking distance of the Colonial Life Arena, and parking is available in nearby garages. For easier travel and parking during commencement, the university provides a free shuttle service from these garages to commencement sites.

Accessible parking is available in most, if not all, of these lots for those with a state-issued disability pass, sticker or license plate.

Find out how to navigate your way to on-campus garages and around the Colonial Life Arena area using our interactive commencement map.
