Group Information

Groups of 10 or more save up to 25% on select seats and on the preshow Magic Pass experience! For more information, click here!

 

Other fan experience opportunities:

  • Court of Dreams – Play where the pros play. Your team can play up to 30 minutes before the Globetrotters take the count, then enjoy the game with friends and family.
  • Halftime Performance – Give your group the stage they deserve! Your performance group can perform on center court live in front of the audience during halftime! A performance can last up to 4 minutes max (including on/off the court and setup).  Performance music and performance subject to prior approval from Harlem Globetrotters
  • Halftime Fan Tunnel – Up to 20 members of your group can “high-five” the Globetrotters as they take the court after halftime.
  • National Anthem – Perform the National Anthem in front of the audience before the Globetrotters game.,
  • Globie Birthday Bash – Groups of 10+ can celebrate at a Globetrotters show. Globie Birthday Bash includes a birthday PA announcement, an autographed gift for the birthday kid, and a Meet and Greet with Globie!

Fan experiences are limited to a certain number per game and require a certain number of tickets to be purchased. Reach out to for additional details and availability!

Clear Bag Policy

While bags are not encouraged, the following outlines the bags that are permitted:

  • Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" -- A logo no larger than 4.5" x 3.4" can be displayed on one side of a permissible clear bag.
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" -- approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap
  • Medically necessary items (after proper inspection and tagging)

Diapers and additional baby supplies may be carried in a clear bag. Family members, including children, are allowed to carry an approved bag into the arena.

Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to:

  • Purses larger than a clutch bag
  • Briefcases
  • Backpacks
  • Fanny packs
  • Cinch/Drawstring bags
  • Luggage of any kind
  • Computer bags
  • Diaper bags
  • Binocular cases
  • Camera bags

Venue Entry

Walk-through magnetometers will be in use for all patrons. When approaching the security checkpoints at all entrances, keep all items in your pockets and bags. If you have a bag, proceed to the designated bag check areas. Clear bags are required. Tickets will be scanned once you are through the security checkpoint. Patrons are encouraged to arrive early and allow ample time for processing. Diapers and additional baby supplies may be carried in a clear bag. Family members, including children, are allowed to carry an approved bag into the arena. View clear bag policy here.

Age Limits

Ages 2 and older require a ticket. (23 months and younger are free as long as they do not take up a seat.) 

Safety & Security

Walk-through magnetometers are in use for all patrons. Bag checks will be conducted at all doors. No professional cameras, which include detachable lenses. No professional or non-mobile phone video cameras. No flash. Absolutely no audio, video, or photographic recording. No iPads/tablets, GoPros, selfie sticks, or glow sticks. No umbrellas larger than 23 inches (small collapsible umbrellas preferred). No smoking (this includes e-cigarettes and vape pens). No lasers, lights, or flashlights. No glass items. No long chains or spike bracelets. No weapons of any kind (that includes mace). View our full list of prohibited items here.

Mobile Ticketing

Mobile ticket entry is required except for tickets purchased at the Prisma Health Box Office. Don't forget to download the Ticketmaster app & save your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before you arrive. View a helpful mobile ticket entry guide here.

Cashless Concessions

All points of sale are cashless. Credit or debit cards must be used.

Parking

Please arrive early to ensure you have ample time to park. New traffic patterns are in place.

Surface lots located between Greene & Blossom Streets, and the Discovery Garage at 821 Park Street, across from the Arena, will be available for patron parking.

There are no advance parking sales. All parking is available ranging from $10 - $30 per vehicle.

Directions & Parking

Prices and accepted payment methods are determined by owners/operators & can change without notice. The Colonial Life Arena does not operate parking lots or garages.

No Vertical ID Policy

Effective January 1, 2024, vertical ID's will no longer be accepted as a form of identification for purchasing alcohol.
