Once hired you will begin to receive work invites typically weeks in advance via text. Fast response times to your invite will insure you get the work.

You will need to commit to a minimum of 4 hours per shift to be eligible for work. (Often you will work less than 4 hours however you will still receive 4 hours pay.)

You do not need to be available for every show or both morning shift and evening shift to be eligible to accept work.

Your word, reliability, promptness and communication will play a large role in receiving work invites. Especially smaller Colonial Life Arena shows.

Dress code: Casual clothing and smart footwear. (Jeans, T-shirt, Sneakers, Work boots.)

Stagehand and Rigger training is available to newcomers of the trade.
