While bags are not encouraged, the following outlines the bags that are permitted:

• Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" -- A logo no larger than 4.5" x 3.4" can be displayed on one side of a permissible clear bag.
• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
• Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" -- approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap
• Medically necessary items (after proper inspection and tagging)

Diapers and additional baby supplies may be carried in a clear bag. Family members, including children, are allowed to carry an approved bag into the arena.

Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to:

• Purses larger than a clutch bag
• Briefcases
• Backpacks
• Fanny packs
• Cinch/Drawstring bags
• Luggage of any kind
• Computer bags
• Diaper bags
• Binocular cases
• Camera bags

Walk-through magnetometers will be in use for all patrons. When approaching the security checkpoints at all entrances, keep all items in your pockets and bags. If you have a bag, proceed to the designated bag check areas. Clear bags are required. Tickets will be scanned once you are through the security checkpoint. Patrons are encouraged to arrive early and allow ample time for processing. Walk-through magnetometers are in use for all patrons. Bag checks will be conducted at all doors. No professional cameras, which include detachable lenses. No professional or non-mobile phone video cameras. No flash. Absolutely no audio, video, or photographic recording. No iPads/tablets, GoPros, selfie sticks, or glow sticks. No umbrellas larger than 23 inches (small collapsible umbrellas preferred). No smoking (this includes e-cigarettes and vape pens). No lasers, lights, or flashlights. No glass items. To expedite your entry, be sure to download the Ticketmaster app & save your mobile tickets to your phone wallet before you arrive at the arena. Effective January 1, 2024, vertical ID's will no longer be accepted as a form of identification for purchasing alcohol. 

All points of sale are cashless. Credit or debit cards must be used.

Please arrive early to ensure you have ample time to park. New traffic patterns are in place.

Surface lots located between Greene & Blossom Streets, and the Discovery Garage at 821 Park Street, across from the Arena, will be available for patron parking.

There are no advance parking sales. All parking is available ranging from $10 - $30 per vehicle.

Prices and accepted payment methods are determined by owners/operators & can change without notice. The Colonial Life Arena does not operate parking lots or garages.

Ages 2 and older require a ticket. (23 months and younger are free as long as they do not take up a seat.) 

Magic Pass doors: 5:00 PM

Magic Pass event: 5:30 - 6:00 PM.

MAGIC PASS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN EVENT TICKET! THIS IS A PRE-EVENT PASS. TICKET TO THE MAIN EVENT IS ALSO REQUIRED.

Everyone attending Magic Pass must have a Magic Pass ticket as well as a game ticket. If you plan on attending Magic Pass, please make sure you have BOTH tickets.

Soft/rubber soled shoes must be worn on court. Score one-of-a-kind photo ops, meet the players, get autographs, and enjoy early access to the arena-including firstdibs on merch! The one-of-a-kind 30-minute pre-show, "Magic Pass," begins 90 minutes before tip-off and will create memories you'llnever forget.

*Magic Passes can be purchased as an add-on during online Ticketmaster purchase or by itself; BUT a valid event ticket AND Magic Pass ticket are required for entry. Magic Passes can also be purchased at the box office.

The best access for the biggest fans! Celebrity Court Pass gets you on the court for an up-close view of the Harlem Globetrotters during their pregame warm-ups! You'll have exclusive access interact with the entire team while they warm-up their World Record-breaking shots, snap on-court photos and receive a commemorative lanyard!

Warm-ups begin 30 minutes before game time and will last for 15 minutes. Please check-in courtside by the announcer's table banner immediately after doors open. EVERYONE participating in the Celebrity Court Pass must have a game ticket AND Court Pass. This includes all children as well as the parent(s)/guardian(s) wishing to accompany them on the court.

Please make sure you have BOTH tickets. Children under 10 may not participate unaccompanied (parent/guardian must also have a Court Pass). NO EXCEPTIONS.

To pick up your exclusive game ball, visit the Harlem Globetrotters Merchandise Stand located inside the venue on game day. Pick-up is only available during pre-game, half-time, or post-game. Ball MUST be picked up at the venue on the date of your ticketed event. No alternate pick-up dates, locations, nor shipping options are available. This purchase is not transferable.

All Harlem Globetrotters 100 Year Tour Souvenir Tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE and will NOT be available for pick-up on-site at the venue. All orders will be SHIPPED directly to the address provided at checkout within 4 weeks after the event you attend and fulfillment is coming from a third party. Actual delivery dates vary by location.
